PROTECT was founded in 2002 with the belief that our greatest obligation is the protection of children from harm. Our policy division has successfully worked in Congress and in over 27 states to craft legislation that leads to stronger, tougher laws and the direct rescue of children. Our victories include six acts of Congress, resulting in over a billion dollars spent to combat child exploitation and human trafficking, support cutting edge technology, big data, and increased government accountability and transparency.

We fight every day on the front lines to bring crucial changes to criminal sentencing against sex offenders, improve the quality and quantity of investigations, and support innovators in the technology sector who partner with law enforcement to help rescue children.
