Map of the War on U.S. Children

For the first time in human history, we have the technology to stop child sexual abuse on a massive scale. This map, created by law enforcement and provided to Congress during House and Senate hearings in 2007 and 2008, provides the evidence.

The map was generated by the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force in 2008. At the time, the Wyoming ICAC hosted the computer network used by a national network of law enforcement task forces. It shows clusters of over 300,000 unique computers (not IP addresses) seen trafficking in a small subset of the most brutal and sadistic child abuse images, on just one network.
